We perform our services within our standard operation routines which complies with ISO13485 and ISO9001. We have chosen not to certify our organisation as we mostly are bound to work within our client’s management systems which often are certified. We keep track of all our actions with full traceability as if we are certified. We also work as consultants to help customers to comply with ISO13485 and ISO9001.

Our roving technicians and our ServiceCenter is always ready for scheduled maintenance or emergency repairs. Our ServiceCenter can immediately send spare equipment or spare parts to customers. Chose service level agreement (SLA) needed.

Our ServiceCenter in the middle of Sweden near Stockholm handling daily incoming and outgoing deliveries and handles telephone support in our client’s name. All cases are handled with traceability and the system offers our clients full transparency.
